ANKE HARTMAN

Anke caught the wine bug during her chef’s training. In 2019 she opened The Lamplight Wine Bar & Merchant in Clifton  Connemara, together with her partner. Anke has her WSET diploma and is a certified Sommelier by the Court of Master Sommeliers. She now teaches WSET Level 2 and 3. ​

RORY CONNIFFE

Originally from Dunboyne, County Meath, Rory is a Sommelier living in Belfast and working in Iceland for the Eleven Experience At Deplar Farm. Rory certifications come from WSET and the Court of Master Sommeliers. ​
